Majority held by the Vicat Group, the cement plant was built in Mynaral, a village, on the shores of Balkhash Lake at 400 km distance from Almaty. The site was considered ideally located along the main route Almaty - Nur-Sultan and, so far, having easy access to the main construction markets of the country...
